Ordered two clocks online Oct. 20 using a credit card; still waiting for clocks.... Status not shipped yet. Customer svs not taking calls today after 3xs calling and sent e-mail; NOTHING! SCAM/FRAUD! Should have checked into the complaints first before ordering. You can dispute charges with credit card company. Credit card no. out there; hope will not be compromised.
