Company promised Me to find house for them and they would buy it by paying for it. I had to go through their educational program in order for Me to be qualified for funding.
I wasted 2 months and then they allowed Me to search for houses. Every house/property that was presented was turned down. There was a potential to make minimum $20,000.00 to as high as $50,000.00; instead they gave Me bogus excuses that it does not fit the criteria of the properties that they are looking for.
I asked for My money back and they said simply "NO" after doing all they wanted Me to do according to the education they provided.
They also argued about My request that the properties even better than the ones presented required and needed cash on the spot and not they way they are going about it that, I have to submit paperwork.
The other parties are showing up with cash to buy these properties and instead I have to wait for their approval before they will act. I lost over +/- 100 properties due to this unexplainable process they somehow stuck it in the middle of a bidding war.
The amount I paid is for the education they provided which is kids stuff.
