- hey sneher - i was just wondering what website you bought your shoes from, as Im in a similar position, i live in the uk and I purchased 2 pairs of shoes from a website called www.nycstimes.com I purchased the shoes on the 29th oct and still haven't received them - feeling concerned i thought i would do some investigating i raised the concern with paypal and they are supposedly looking into it - however i decided to search feng yuan and the email [email protected] and I was brought straight to your complaint in a google search, who is this fraudster ? how can we get our money back ? now 12 days after purchase apparently the website i used doesnt exsist - i really dont know what to do i want my £80 back !

- They never sent me anything showing they sent me the shoes. I copied from their site so it was the only proof I had that I paid for it. Also, I paid by paypal so they are looking into it. The site was called "Style Time' and at the bottom of the page it showed www.playbeautytyme.com on it. I believe they have been shut down. Good luck. Hope you paid by paypal so possibly you will get your money back.
