I send for a free sample RGSERUM and paid p&p of £2.95. This came up on my credit card account, which I was expecting to see because the despatch note informed me as did the on line advert. I have also been charged a further £88.00 which I was not expecting as the offer was for a free sample and I have not ordered any more product from this complany. The product is useless and does not work as advertised. I don't mind wasting £2.95. I did agree to that, but I object to paying £88.00 for a product that I did not order.
