Mr. Love called in reference to a contract I entered into with Access Travel to sell anytime weekends. He stated he represented RCI and since it had been 90 days since the contract with Access Travel had been signed I was entitled to the agreed upon price and a refund of the money paid to sell the weekends. He stated he needed money to cover the escrow. I was to wire $1900.00 to a Smantha Durham in Orlando, Fl. after which he would give me the tracking number for a FedEx overnight of monies owed me. I wired (Weaern Union) the money but have not recieved the promised FedEx nor is he answering his phone -1 888 611 3042.
After that i called Access network and found this is fraud. I dont know where to make this complaint. Any idea will be appreciated.

- I have been a victim of the same scam, just with different people involved. The problem is with western union the person you sent the money too could be anyone. Its.very unlikely that the person who picked up the money was the actual name u sent it to because fake IDs are so easily accesible these days. Where you need to start is the original company because first off

- No one can sell RCI weeks or points except RCI so the company leading you to believe they would sell RCI time was bsing from the start. The next part is how did Scott Love get all your info from the company...answer either someone from the company is "Scott Love" or they sell your listing to other timeshare rooms or companies so they can be "Scott Love's". Your listing that is sold is referres to as a "lead" and companies like ATN sell their whole data base of clients to other timeshare rooms so you can just be ripped off all over again. Its a terrible cycle

- So its always best to start from the source of the problem. But then again when you call your original company you can never speak to your original rep or get anything answered because customer service tells you they are buisy so they rake your name and number and tell you someone will call back. But its nit a priority to them because they have already got your money and since your contract has passed the point where you can cancel and get your money back they dont care about you.
