This is the worst company i have ever dealt with. I've worked in customer services for many years and have never experienced this level of poor conduct.

Firstly i was missold a free trial which lead to me getting charged near £200.00 which is extortinate. I sent the packages back immediately and was promised a refund minus a ten percent handling fee, which i do not agree with.
Before i sent the items back i was told that i could get 120 pounds back by the end of the day if i kept the items, i informed them that i didnt want the items and i would be sending them back. I was told it would take weeks for me to get a refund for the full amounts.
I sent the goods back in the same parcel by recorded delivery. I was refunded after 4 weeks for one of the transactions but not the other, i have been in many telephone conversations with various advisors. 99% of which are rude and disrespectful. I can only put this down to the insane amounts of complaints you must be getting.

I was told on the 16th september that there was an error on there behalf and they apologised and said they would send me the money manually but this could take 4 weeks. i still have not recieved a penny. I have sent there support team copies of my statements to proove no payment and was promised a return call. I HAVE NOT RECIEVED A CALL.

I honestly am at my wits end about this. I do not understand how you can charge me that amount of money in a split second and could offer me a refund of £120 by the end of the day, but it has taken 4 months to recieve nothing!
