I had $30.00 taken from my account causing a $28.00 overdraft fee. I called the number on the "check" that was submitted to my bank and was on the phone for 45 minutes. I do not remember the agent I spoke with but she was very rude and kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain the situation. The agent refused to refund the amount and kept saying the only way the refund could be issued is if no loan was received. To which I kept replying there was no loan received so there should be no problem refunding me. I was tired of the ways she was speaking to me and I requested to speak with her supervisor, she refused me a supervisor until I stated, "I work in a call center and I know how your performance is rated so to save your handle time get me your supervisor" Then she muted her phone for several minutes. I spoke with supervisor and had the same issue of being cut off and refused refund of the money, then the supervisor hung up on me. Horrible customer service and a company that robs people. Someone needs to stop this.
