Screwed out of $550 for a $3000 loan which we never got. Who do we complain to and how do we get our money back?????? We needed this loan to move out of our house, we have 3 children, one of them is 2 the other 7 months and now we are out our money and a place to live. How are these people still screwing people?????

This same company has called me 3 times this week. Each time it is a different person with the same amount, $3,000, but different monthly notes. And like so many other people these days I could really use some extra money at this time. My payment was going to be $200 @ 22 months. Wasn't too bad if I could pay it off early. I got on here to check this person and company out. I got the physical address as California Cash Advance, 645 W. 9th St., Los Angeles, CA. If I couldn't find anything on here, I was going to call the police department there and see if that address actually existed. I have been scammed before. She said I had to send $200 for a Processing Fee and Handling. She also said that this would make sure I was a real person!!! Ha look who was talking. I am so thankful I looked here to check them out. Why can't people like this be caught? I was scammed and turned a notebook of emails, etc., to the FBI and nothing came of it. He was from Nigeria. When I hear a foreigner talking on the other end of the line, I'm very suspicious. See, this is why!

- all the money gets wired to the Philippines. We have our local police and their local police on this. We needed this money for an emergency move because we have 2 young children, 2 and 7 months and it's getting cold out. We needed to find a place to live ASAP due to an issue with our current living situation. We will get to the bottom of this!
