My dad ( 89yrs old) received a call at home telling him he'd won a mercedes and some money ( in australian currency). In order to take posession he'd had to go to Walmart and obtain a money order for $150.00. When that was done he was to call them and they'd give him the complete address where to send it to. The man, Richard Lockepp stated he is located in Chicago, Il. My dad came to me first - I call the number he had, spoke with Richard & asked for whom he worked. He replied "nobody". I told him I knew this is a scam, that he is not to phone my Dad again or I'd report him . Richard then said "I don't know what you're talking about".....I then firmly repeated the information, the entire line he'd given my dad....he was quiet - then again said I'd report him.He has a middle eastern accent. His reply....I understand.....then the call went dead. There is also a woman involved as I could her her in the background - same accent.
