I knew it was a scam but the ten questions didn't seem to involve any real information (did I have sleep apnea, was I diabetic, did I go to college, do I use a credit card when I shop, do I own or rent my home, and five others of similar nature). The live operator was very hard to hear/understand and there were other people laughing in the background. I don't know who they are or what they want.
