Because I wasn't able to process their 'TRAIL" offer, I went ahead and purchased their, 'BUY 2 GET 1 FREE", for $97.98. I received a confirmation number. Several days later, I received a phone call stating that they {her name was Jan and she was trying to be helpful} saw that I wasn't able to process my order and she wanted to assist me. When she found out that I had received a confirmation number, she then wanted to know what price had I paid. At that point, I became flustered again and stated that I now wanted to cancel the entire order because it had been to complicated to process. Jan apologized and stated that I would need to wait until I received the product and then I would need to call their service dept, ph# 888-999-5851, because she wasn't able to cancel my order for me.

By the time I received the product, which was three days ago, I went ahead and tried 1 capsule, from a bottle which once again, had been advertised as FREE. I didn't like the reaction that I experienced from taking it {which I'm sure had to do with the fact that they use gelatin as an ingredient}.

I've just called their service number, ph# 888-999-5851, to send the products back and to ask for a refund and I'm now being told that my "partial" refund, of $65.33 will take another two weeks before I receive it {even though when they took my payment, it was within a day of me placing the order and it took over a week to receive the actual items}.

When asked why I was only receiving a partial refund, I was told by Customer Service Manager Kinsey, that they only issue credit on the unopened bottles. When I stated that my offer was, "BUY 2 GET 1 FREE" I was told once again, by Kinsey that I should have bought the,"TRAIL" size, if I only wanted a sample. I again tried to explain to her that their system kept kicking me off the TRAIL size offer and if I bought the BUY 2GET 1 FREE offer what was the big deal. Ms Kinsey told me that yes, their system had had a few bugs in it but that it was now fixed and that the offer that I'd purchased was actually ,"NOT BUY 2 GET 1 FREE. IT WAS BUY THREE AT A REDUCED PRICE".

I was told that they only give credit on the unopened bottles. Now, I totally understand if I'd used the majority of their product and then complained about getting a refund but please, they should back their product with a money back guarantee and I only tried 1 capsule, from a bottle having been advertised as FREE.

I want and expect a full refund of my $97.98. This entire process was a scam. This is not an ethical company.
