I ordered the complete set of 'The Paper Chase' (a US TV series of late 70's and 80's) at their special offer half price £42.50 ($68). It took me quite a long time to get round to playing them, but when I did I found the DVD's to be appalling quality. I did receive one reply when I complained about this, which basically accused me of not being a true fan of the series because I was unhappy about them.
I continued to play them but then one episode proved to be absolutely unwatchable, freezing, jumping and pixalating continuously. Two weeks ago I emailed them again, sending details and attachments of what happened when attempting to play the DVD's. This has been received with silence from them. It would appear that I have lost my money.
