I Received an email stating that I could work from home part time redirecting packages by way of UPS/FedEx/& US Postal service. Everythig looded and soulded legit. The pay was supposed to be $2,300 plus bonuses, and a full reimbursement for all expenses incurred such as: printer ink, paper, boxes, tape, etc. You were to be paid every 30 days. After signing paper work sent over the www, for a position as a Transportation Specialist; packages started arriving at my home on October 4, 2012. The process goes as follows: any package that arrives must be signed for & accepted, relabeled with the PDF emailed to you by World Logistics Group: Sarah Winestead, taken to the post office and shipped accordingly. I shipped 29 packages during the month of October and 1 in the monthe of November. On the day that I remined Sarah about payment, all communications stopped. The damages are as follows: $2,300. for the month of October, $150. for expenses for the same month, and $575. for the first week of November.

  • I am working with Sarah now, as I write this. I am just holding on to the packages and they are starting to get pissed. I think they use stolen credit cards and re-sell everything to Russia and the eastern bloc. Police don't seem interested and when I call they don't answer the phone as a business just hello. They are now using a Boston address. I just keep collecting packages and am waiting for them to tell me they are going to call the police or come pick them up. I feel bad for luck, maybe I should send him a mac book or HP laptop. Packages keep piling up and we'll see where this goes....Some are actually in my name; others aren't but I usually get more than one with the same name. I assume they use the stolen credit cards until they are cancelled, then move to the next. I am guessing the credit card commpanies are the ones that get screwed, and possibly the people I don't forwared the packages on to. It could be the people I forward on to are part of the scam too, I just don't know. That said, I may forward on some worthless stuff that weighs the same and see what happens. They also now say they will deposit your pay into your PayPal account.

  • It not a good idea to give them any info regarding your bank account. Their approach seems to be to use your availability and then cut you when its time for payment. There is a possibility that they would use your bank account for their gain and not yours. Thanks j-bird for posting your comments. I am at a lost as where to go next. I would love to recover my lost. Unless some pressure is applied to the scammers I'm afraid they will continue to simply move on to the next victum. I wish I had been more thoughtful and used the kind of tactic you're using in dealing with them.

  • Luck, if you are following this and want to, send me your email or phone #. I have 2 phone numbers for Sarah, and 1 was answered yesterday. I wouldn't give them any bank info, i did give them my drivers license. I don't think a Sarah exists they just use a female as they think it appears more trustworthy. They know say they will send me a paycheck, direct deposit or deposit in my PayPal account. They are getting pissed at me, but I'm not going to forward any packages. I'll check this account later today and if you want to try and contact them or police good luck. They now seem to be in Boston.

  • Luck, just had another thought; if you tell me your name I'll tell them I'm not forwarding anything until they pay you your $3,100. That should really bunch up their panties as I have about 7K to 8K of product I haven't forwarded. Also, her email is: [email protected]

  • I think you already have them. Call me I'm in Seattle Jeff (Personal Information Removed) and we'll compare notes. Or I'll call you if you want to give me your #. My email is: (Personal Information Removed) as well. So let's chat about these (Inappropriate Content Removed). I'll definately hold them up until you get paid. That said, I think they're using stolen credit card #'s so they'll probably write it off. If they are legit they'll call the police (which I have done already) and we'll see if we can force them to pay you by holding the packages hostage. Call me or email me.

    Thanks...

  • Hello JadeGiz, sorry to here that you've been pulled into the web of deception. To get straight to the point; no I have not been paid and I do not expect to be paid. I was hoping that justice would be served, but thats not the case. I have been in communications with J-bird and he is still in their so called probationary period. In the meantime, they told him that I was terminated because of my performance. The truth is all was very well until it was time to get paid and then all communications stopped. I have been sending them emails every since to no avail. I have an electronic and paper trail to prove that I did exactly what was expected/required according to their rules. I hope they pay you, but I seriously doubt it. Send me your email address and I will contact you with more info. I did report everything to the FBI because I found out that the local police here and where their phone number is located does not handle internet/crimes that cross state lines.

  • JadeGiz, you won't be paid. But, if you have a week left on probation why won't you get more packages? Luck and I have been talking so let's all hook up by email and after that phone. Don't let them know and don't mention scambook to them .

  • As of now, the scammers seem to be regrouping. The one phone number of contact rings busy, and thats a possible sign that it will be shut off. The orginal email cotact for Sarah is no longer functioning. There is a possibility that they will regroup, and resurface with another identiy, though I dout the scam will change. So if you're looking for supplemental income, buyer beware.

  • no it was me that scammed them. you need to forward packages, just send them garbge, old (Inappropriate Content Removed)... the key is it must wiegh the correct amount, the amount shown on the incoming delivery, not the weight they paid for, somtimes they pay for more weight than they should. i also put the fbi and homeland security on their (Inappropriate Content Removed). btw michael is sarah...
