On 11/2/12 this company Trufax Solutions submitted a check W/D to my bank account for $39.99. I never authorized such a company to debit this amount from my account. From looking online it seems I am not alone. I am calling the company and also my bank and if need be the Federal Trade Commission to report this. They used an authorization code of 46796446 and check number 208320. My bank was able to provide their phone number 1-877-947-3701 I will start there. This is ridiculous!
