I decided to google this individual's number after responding to an ad on craigslist for a home on 110 Tomkins Road Stony Point, NY. he sent us a lengthy email about how he relocated to Alabama for work. he wanted to rent out this house ASAP so someone could look after it in his absence. He wanted us to fill out an application and our deposit would be 850. We kept asking him to call us and he never would. he finally gave us the number 256–712-7006. Well, good thing I came across this site and thank you for sparing us from a huge problem. FYI in case thus person tries something again he was using email address [email protected]
