I was having difficulty with my laptop and programs were running slower than initially purchased. I logged in to purchase a program for $29.97. I was directed to a 1-888-303-4084 number. The individual I spoke with was definitely from India or Pakistan and tries to remotely clean it and am told I have this huge number of errors and spyware. This will take 3 hours and cost me $278.00 when I told the gentleman that I wished to cancel and use the support which I paid for at time of purchase. I was also instructed to go to [email protected] and give order # and send an email requesting a refund. I cannot find a way to send an email for refund. I will contact my bank to cancel or stop the purchase. Really made me uneasy and suspicious.
