This company, for which i have never heard of, has charged my debit card. I have contacted the debit card company, and unfortunately it takes up to 45 days to investigate. Since this is how I am FORCED to receive my child support, this is very unfortunate. I had to pay a fee to transfer the rest of the money out of my account, because once the dispute was filed my card was deactivated. I think it is sad there are not more security features in place for debit cards, I cannot even read the security code on the back of my card, so I would like to know how some random fraudulent number grabber can use my card without that, nor even the card itself! Someone needs to do something! This is a crime...this is stealing!
