My Story - On September 22, 2012 I requested a free 14 trial of the products Lipo Slim and Natural Cleanse as advertised by Rachel Ray for weight loss. On September 26, 2012 my credit card was charged for the shipping and handling of these items. When I received the item in the U.S. mail there was a shipping confirmation included that said your 14 day trial has started as of the above order date. Your exclusive monthly membership will begin once your 14 day trial has completed. Every 30 days a new supply will be sent. On October 6 my credit card was billed a total of $159.97. I ran out of the product before the month was over and have not received any more products, but my credit card has been charged again as of November 5 for $159.97.

When I called the customer service line their answer was to read me the comment above that I should have cancelled within the 14 days or I would be charged for the full amount. Their answer to my dissatisfaction and request to lodge a complaint was to tell me there was no one to talk to and that they would cancel any future orders or shipments.
