I requested 2 free samples via a Facebook pop up advert, there was no mention of any ongoing contract/ charges. As soon as I realised these extra amounts had been taken from my account, I contacted my bank to make sure nothing further was authorised and to try and reclaim my money as I have only ever received the 2 free samples and nothing else.
I cannot believe I was stupid enough to believe this was going to be free! Nothing is ever free! I cannot ring a US telephone number, and wait to be connected, this would probably cost me an extortionate amount as well. Also, it doesn't seem as though any one is having any luck by ringing them anyway! I will also try and write to them, but I don't hold out much hope. It's bad enough that they already took £196.25 of my hard earned money (I'm a single Mum, paying for childcare etc, so thought free samples would be a good idea...). But my bank now tells me that they can't stop them from taking more money as I have a online contract with them??? If anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated, I really can't afford for them to take anymore money.
Thank you
