Email Scam Allan Wyman and John Carter [email protected]

I have a horse for sale on horsepost.com for $15,000. I was inquired about him by a Mr. Allan Wyman by the email address [email protected]. He said he was very interested and wanted more information on the horse because he wanted to get his father a good barrel horse. So I sent all the information back to him about the horse and he replied he sounds great what is your bottom dollar and I said I had to have the full 15,000 out of him and he said ok I'll take him. We decided we would do the transaction through paypal and he put 17,900 into my paypal account and that was to cover the extra charges for shipping, and processing that I would have to pay up front so the horse could be shipped. All I had to do was pay Mr. John Carter of the UK through western union transaction of $2900 and I could access the money in my paypal account because there was a hold on it until I paid. Well as soon as I paid John Carter through Western Union the money was gone and I never heard from Mr. Wyman or Mr. Carter again. The phone number I was given for Mr. Wyman was disconnected and everything. He just took my money and ran. I later found out he had hacked my email and my paypal account which is how I was able to see the money with the hold on it and then it was gone.
So now I am out $2900.
