I bought an affiliate online store from YourOwnStore Ltd (YOS). I paid £4421 for the store. YOS had sold this store to me with an estimated minimum annual return of £55, 467. I have had this store for 4 months now and carried all the work suggested by YOS. So far I have earned less than £5.
Before committing to buy this online store, I had some concerns after reading a review on http://www.scambook.com. I actally emailed YOS and told them that I no longer wish to proceed with the purchase after seeing the review on scambook. However YOS pointed to me that the review was by anonymous person and they sent me a link showing that scambook is a scam. In the end, they convinced me to buy the store.
Over the last 4 months, I have worked full time, writing articles, adding backlinks, using social media to promote the site but haven't even earned £5.
There are a large number of store owners in similar situation as me. So far YOS has failed to provide some evidence of their business model, pricing of the stores and how they calculate the annual return.
I would like a full refund from YOS.

- Well they cant as all there projections are unrealistic and totally off the wall, the juicier looking the amount a store can make in a year the more likely they are of selling it, the higher the value of the products in your store no doubt will gain a higher sale value for the store. Ive had just one sale of £2.4 k and commission of £80 in 8 months, it will take me 50 years to break even and those figures are based on fact not YOS pie in the sky figures in order to get sales from mugs like us.
