I have bought this phone from you to elderly woman.
It does not see any networks.
That's what I have when trying to setup:

Network setup/Network selection/New search
Registering... Failed to register
Select Network/Searching... Failed to search network

I live in Nova Scotia, Canada. My wireless provider is Rogers. I have shown your phone to Rogers support and they confirmed that phone does not see the network.
Can you exchange this for a working one, please?

It requires the password to re-set to factory defaults. I did not set up any passwords, so, it is from factory. I tried randomly 111111,111,12345,..., etc, - no luck, it says: wrong password.

Besides, from time to time phone drops menu and goes to the "calling" mode; at least 1 time it spontaneously rebooted when I was in menu mode.
