I ordered a bottle of ADYA CLARITY from the Raw Food World.com over 1 ago. I paid $149.00 plus S&H for a total of $164.00. I experienced debilitating headaches when I used this product so I stopped . Then I found out that there was a recall on the ADYA because of its toxic contents . It turned out that they were mining this poison not to far from Fukoshima Japan and the consumers had no idea at the time where this toxic cocktail was coming from and were told that this product was better then gold and that it would detoxify their bodies. The news about the ADYA shocked me! I couldn't believe that a reputable company I trusted deceived thousands and thousands of consumers. I RETURNED the unused portion of the ADYA last May 2012 back to the Raw food world and they e-mailed me in June 2012 that I have a refund due to me for $149.00 along with a confirmation # 181665489. I've
been trying to get a full refund but it's extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone. I've been sending them numerous e-mails and I finally received one from MATT MONARCH recently and he indicated that at this time they can only issue me a store credit because they are being sued and it's costing them between $10,000 to $20,000 legal fees per month .
I don't know what to do at this point. I went on line and learned that there are so many complaints against this company.
They sold me and countless other consumers poison and they just happened to get caught. Had they not been caught they would still be selling this poison for $ 149.00 a bottle. Shame on them! All I want is a refund. I don't want a store credit . I don't trust their products! They deceive consumers and are very good at what they do but I will not but their products after this awful experience.
