I contacted a couple of loan companies because I was behind on my bills and it was also my sons birthday, USA payday loan contacted me back from 6077957008 and they told me they could give me a loan for 1500 dollars. However because i didn't have good credit, they needed me to put 150 on green dot money pack but it would be refunded or put back on the green dot money pack card once the loan went threw. They then told me the loan would be there in 2 hrs. After the 2 hrs I called them back and they said there was an issue because i have bad credit that if I came up with another 138 that would definitely approve my loan so to go get another green dot money pack card and put 138 on it so i did. Before I got off the phone I specifically asked if this don't work will I be refunded my money if doesn't work. They said we actually don't even take they money it's for credit reasons only. They said my loan would be there in 20 mins. Of course it wasn't there. I waited till the next day and called them; first they said give it two hours it will be there. Waited no loan. Called back again they told me they wanted another 120 to insure the loan right there I said enough is enough I have given you guys 288 dollars I have no more money I wanted canceled he said If I did follow threw I would be refunded all my money with the loan money. I said I don't want to go threw with the loan. I have no more money. The guy also told me he did not touch the money on the green dots cards, he would cancel the loan and with in 2 hrs I would be able to go pull my money off the green dot cards. Well of course I did and and there was no money on the cards I called the number on the back of card and they said another company took it. I eventually talk to higher up supervisor and he was very rude told me to pay the 120 and I would get the loan and my money back or lose my money cause they used towards my credit report and things. I told him that was never told to me I never agreed to that. And I wanted my money back like I was promised he said I wasn't getting my money back to deal with it and hung up on me Please I really need help on what to do. I was scammed out of my money. And supervisor and the employee I spoke with said the calls were recorded so you can hear the conversations and I told the supervisor that to listen to the conversation I had with his employee. He told me either way i don't get my money back please help me!!!!!!
