I was watching an info-mercial on T.V. It was
about how a person can make money from home using Jeff Paul's method. The announcer went on to say, "if you are not completely satisfied with this program, your money will be refunded."
They were rude to me over the phone and when I wanted to quit the program they kept saying,
"no, you only have a few more sessions to go and if you are not happy with this person, we'll give you somebody else." I told them that I was not interested in continuing these sessions and I would like my $3,000 back and they said, "no, you have to continue with the sessions. You already paid for them." I told them that the info-mercial stated that this program was completely refundable if you weren't happy with the program.
They told me that the package was refundable not the whole program.
I went to a lawyer here in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and they said, "since the company is in California, it's very unlikely you'll get your money back."
$3,000.
