I received a phone call stating I would receive gift cards in mail and all that was needed was a fee of $2.99 which was charged to my account. On 11/1/2012 I was checking my account and found a charge for $59.99 from this Wakanetwork. I was never informed that there would be addition charges. I need this money I work at a commission based job which I just started and the money in my checking account was to pay bills.

- Try to call this number (1-877-332-1490) to talk to one of their customer representatives. Ask them to delete you from their list or refund your money. I call that number over and over again until I got hold of one customer rep. Believe it or not I did not stop hollering until they gave me my refund. System malfunction my behind at least I got them to give back what's mine.
