I have found a supplier of paper Paperstork Box Sdn. Ltd. (www.paperstorkbox.com.my, contact number: 0149753010) from the website. Since the bid price was lower than other suppliers, we have made a booking from this supplier.We have made a booking sheet total of MYR 5 124.4371 to register bank public Sumirah name BINTI MARSUDIN (a / k no.4731336907), but the error in the transport company to discuss with us so that we can agree to accept orders from other buyers because of the offense address of our booking. After discussion, we agreed to accept the offer with an additional payment of RM2483 to the same account. After paying the company's promise to send the stock as soon as possible and we will receive the payment after three days. But, after that day, I received a call from ANGENCIES MARINE STANDARD COMPANY SDN BHD (contact number: 0163481056) so we buy paper pallet to send us reservations at MYR 2500 and I tried the phone number and the company can not be reached and I email the company to get help.But the company reply that we have to pay the fee. By reason of his desperate situation, we have to make the payment to the account registered in the name of BT Normah IBRAHIM (a / k no 4946451219) to get our stock. After we paid, the company told the paper that we will get it after 3 days. But after waiting for a few days carrier company tells us that we need to pay for parking at the customs fee of MYR2700. Once again we had to pay a fee to the registered account Normah that the stock can be completed quickly. But the case is not over. On the next day, the company asks us to pay MYR3500 for custom tax. Once again we make the payment, but did not get further stock. After that I tried to contact both the company they keep postponing the date to get the stock eventually they phone and ask us to make a payment of MYR1000 for custom taxes.Due to no other way, we make the payment once again.We try to get out of customs documents for the payment confirmation, but both parties are busy passing the buck. This case had posponed for three months. Last month, the carrier that the phone again to tell us to pay another MYR3000 for customs tax and promise this is the last time to make payment and we will be able to stock it. Again, we believe in them and bank in to them. But, after that, it tells us to make a further payment of MYR2000. but, this time we refused to make the payment and once again we ask the two parties to provide documents from the customs authorities. In fact, they once again push the responsibility to each other.Until now, we are trying to get in touch with both parties, but no one wants responsible parties to provide information on payments we make to parking fees and customs tax.
