As with everyone else who has complained, we were charged $29.95 for something we didn't authorize. However, *THIS TIME* their excuse is that it was a transcription error. Yeah, right. We're still fighting with them for the refund. But we're gonna enlist our lawyer if they don't come through here shortly. But, instead of 3-6 days, they're bugging about 15 days.

- Update: Company *FINALLY* gave us the $29.95 and the $37. However, it took 3 months, a complaint to the BBB and the Georgia Attorney General's office and our bank... but it finally showed up. I wish we could find a way to permanently block these idiots and their various legal entities.
