Placed order online on Oct 17th expected to receive a jet set chain ring tote in luggage color received a knock-off Michael Kors bag. I received it today and sent email request asking for a refund of all my monies. I am awaiting a response and I did some browsing and found out I was one of many that have been scammed by Michael Kors plaza
