A young woman claiming to be from Arkansas was at our next door neighbors house selling magazines and children's books. I happened to stop buy and ended up buying a children's book for my 15 mo old daugther. She gave me a receipt that looked legitamate and said that if someone calls to check on her sales to report that she did well. Her so called name was Staci Frisby.
