I purchased a Tractor from Angel Alford, her email link directed me to google checkout which directed me to make payment to an Escrow Agent through Western Union. After completing the transaction, I did not receive delivery. I tried contacting her by phone which was either busy or kept ringing. All the details have been reported to both Western Union and law enforcement agencies.
I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Angela Alford had committed fraud as far as I have been able to assertain. This initial purchase was made through Craigslist.
