I saw the ad in a magazine. The ad said that "university"(the so called unversity was NEVER named) studies proved the creme had active peptides that are more effective at wrinkle reduction than prescription only treatments. This along with a special antioxident combined with the highest level of collagen would erase wrinkles, brighten skin and protect from further damage. You were suppose to use this creme twice a day and the so called brightening cleanser once a day. The creme was SO greasy(it was like putting cooking shortening on your face) I could only try using it at night. It caused my skin to break out with red blotches. I tried to use it several different times-but no luck. Since I am house bound I order quite a lot of items online. I have never had a problem like this. Every company I have dealt with ALWAYS stands behind their product.
The companies I've done business will give you 30-60 days from the date it is RECEIVED by the customer to either return, make an exchange. Not this company. Because they have a shoddy product their 30 days starts from the moment you place the order. I thought I had at least a week left(they said there's a box you check to agree to this). What this tells me is they KNOW they have a bad product, they want your money and once they get it they run in a different direction. In truth by the time you get the product you don't have a full 30 days and you're stuck with a horrible jar of snake creme. I offered to send it back to them and they didn't even want it! I informed the customer service supervisor(Miguel) I wanted to send the creme back and, in turn I wanted my money back. He said he couldn't do that. I asked him what was in the creme and he told me he didn't know. As for myself I worked in customer for the number one company in San Diego-we would never treat our customers in such a bad manner. We would go out of our way to make things right by the customer. As the saying goes your best form of advertising is by the customers both- happy and unhappy.
Beware of this company-they are a boiler room operation selling snake creme and they simply don't care
