I also ordered the trial pack for 4.95 s&h. When it came in I looked for a packing slip and found none. I should have gone to their website and read the fine print. I called the company and was told they could not authorize a refund but could give me a cigarette case for free. When I pressed the issue I did get that they would refund $80.00 (40 for two transactions) I finally got fed up and called my credit card company and they transferred me to their dispute department. They called the cigarette company and I spoke again with an operator while my card company was on the phone with me. Long story short I was able to get CIGFLAVOR to SAY they will refund me 149.00. I did get the witness and confirmation of the Credit Card Company as to what transpired in that conversation. I hope this helps someone else.
