Stephanie Richards with CC Recovery called to collect on a past due invoice from Yellow Pages Local Directory. She stated this invoice was from 7/1/2011 and had been turned over to them after my company didn't respond in a satisfactory manner and thereby forfeited our legal right to dispute the debt. She had a recording that had myself answering some questions with the same recorded "yes" response and also had me state my name. The whole thing is a scam and they are just trying to steal money. Everyone in my company has been instructed to turn down offers from these directory companies but they are good at scamming someone into answering generic questions and producing a recorded script with your answers dubbed into the script. DO NOT get caught up in their scam!
