I applied a while back for a payday loan and evidently this company recieved my information and deposited money into my account. My bank called me to inform me of overdraft fees on my account.The bank gave me the names of the company's that deposited money in my account and I closed the account so they wouldn't be able to draft out anymore money. When I called the two company's they told me that they were payday loan company's and that they sent me an email stating that if I didn't not respond back to the email that they assumed I wanted the loan. I have almost 5,000 emails that I have not checked and that is not right for them to give loans without the consent of the person. Please tell me what I can do about these two company's.They are talking about taking me to court for fraud and worthless checks.
