palm loan advance took 30.00 out of my checking account. called and was told i applied for a loan and i told them i didnot. was told they would investigate and call me. i called them back and was told they donot refund the 30.00 fee. but i could have a hundred dollar gas card.liars and theives. i told them if i applied how much did i ask for they could never telll me. i want my money. i also had to get a new account.
