Reviewed VISA statements came across charges from Metaflix.com. Did not inquire about site. Metaflix claims inquiry was made a year ago and no other action since 2011 was made. Representative Samantha was very helpful. She sought authorization from manager and approved reimbursement for $49.95 back to VISA within 5-10-days.
