I ordered what I understood to be a FREE sample of Somnapure and used my credit card to pay the $2.99 Shipping and Handling charge. Received a bottle of 30 pills. 3 weeks later I notice a withdrawal of $34.98 from my checking account for Somnapure, which I did not authorize (or so I thought). Called and talked to a rep. He told me that since I didn't call them to cancel within 18 days, I was going to keep receiving the pills.
He said he would refund $17.99 to me in a few days (we'll see-holding breath) and cancel me out. The part about the 18 days is under "terms" at the bottom of their homepage and NOT prominent on the page, so beware. There is also a return policy (RMA) but I wanted to end my association wigh these troglodytes ASAP. Rep told me all companies are doing this --I told him not with me they're not. Read everything folks or you will be screwed ! I understand that this practice is deemed legal. Proves that just because something is legal doesn't make it right.
