Due to my old age(76) and several illnesses. I desperately needed a massage chair.
The general manager "Adrian Galvan " at Mor convinced me that their chair "Human touch " AcuTouch 9500. was the best on marked. He convinced me to spend about 3 times more than other massage chairs because this chair was covered by 100% real cow hide leader.
Except for a piece of leader dangling from the side and the instruction on how to care for leader. there was NO way to actually see if it was in fact it was true. I looked like leather, it smelled like leather, I believed to Adrian assertions.
Than on March 1912 due to a mechanical defect I discovered that in fact the chair was covered with very cheap plastic material. Their worker concurred this fact in writing. That same mo. I went to the store to report the fraud and asked for my $ back.
Since than I been put on psychological marry go round that has gone and goes from sporadic niceness to sudden shifts of derision, abused, threats, false promises, etc., etc. On August 2012 I filed a complaint to the US court. at 2nd court postponement and subsequent mediation Mor's assagnee "David" in a span of 1,1/2 hrs. agreed and than disagreed to settle fairly, at least 8 consecutive times. (No court's condition was accepted.)
He, like Shawn Teters Mor's San Diego/Phoenix manager, asserts that the chair's cover minus few side strips, is leather. Both RECURRENTLY DEMANDED VERBALLY AND IN WRITING THAT a) I 1ST DISMISSED the court case b) I allowed them to take the chair, and only than they would possibly give my base $ back. Two days latter Shawn Called me 3 times to BLAME ME me of the failed mediation and gleefully announced that Mor F.F.L. will NO longer offer my money back. He is sure they will win in US court.
