I used the tapjoy link for free platinums in The World of Magic android game app. i was supposed to recieve neqr 6000 platinums for the fame by completing a promotional offer through perfectmatch.com i filed for not recieving my currency on october 24th and recieved an email saying the issue would be resolved and i sent the email for proof of purchase and i still hqve not recieved my currency. i have emailed customer service a. few times pertaining to my issue. i have still not recieved what was supposed to be a immediate reward. this hqs been very frustrating please i hope someone can help me get my missing currency. the game is The World of Magic by com2us the server is devilang lanos character bane is zeddic. or my com2us acc info is lownes1989. that is my acc name for com2us. please help me with my issue. thabk you very much.
