I to got an express notice letter. If you send a check they can clean your account. I didnot respond to the letter, but decided to investigate further before doing anything. Senior citizens (and other people) donot need to have cheats to take advantage of them. If you are not sure of the offer use your computer or ask someone you trust to investigate for you.
