Charge $30.00 for a Loan Application that I did not initiate. When I called and asked for my money to be refunded, the 'rep' said that I had to complete the load app and then I could cancel it or I could accept a $30.00 gas voucher which she would mail to me. I told her that I needed the money returned to my account and I don't want the voucher and I don't care what she mails to me, I want my money back.
