I had a $36.00 charge on my bank statement that was not authorized by me. I did order a book from them for $4.95 plus postage that was already paid for. On the order I placed, there was nothing indicated about this additional charge. When I spoke to Desiree in customer service she told me that there was a yellow paper in the package the book came in that talked about this "subscription". This is a scam and I wonder how many people haven't noticed the charge and got screwed by this company? Supposedly, I will get the money credited back to my account in 2 to 3 business days. I have filed formal complaints with the Minnesota Better Business Bureau and also with the Minnesota Attorney General.
