It started with a dating site Are You Interested. His handle was Beachmaninlove the photo I found out later was really John Maggeau the Webmaster who allowed these scamsters to use his photo. This is a large 419 scam ring in Ghana that spreads to the USA and operated in big $$. I have done all the investigation myself. I have reported this man twice to the FBI and they will do NOTHING. The local agent called me stupid and said, "What would you rather have, lady, me catch a man who wants to blow up a building or spend $ on your personal vendetta?" He heard my case in the lobby not even letting me up to the office. First of all HE would not be sent to a man who would blow up a building because they send HIM to the lobby! My guess is that he was on his way for donuts next. Anyway Washington DC gave it a case # but did nothing.
I have goaded him onto a Video call and can identify him by sight, I have all the wire information with all the banks from here to Ghana, and even have the latest bank wire info as I pretended to go along with the latest scam just a few days ago. He uses many people in videos as him, but everyone you see in videos are NOT him, I have seen him and he made me swear I would never tell a soul I saw his face. (Yeah, right, Harry) So, I have the latest bank wire with the beneficiary who would have picked up the money. I have cell phone records that would lead law enforcement right to him. He is out on bail from Ghana where he was held for money laundering thanks to my reporting him to the American Embassy. He was in the USA May, June & July to return my money, instead, he went back to Ghana where we set up a police trap and he was picked up. The Ghana police asked me to bail him out and I said no. Someone bailed him out and they shipped him to his country of record, Italy. He then came to Delaware where he contacted me once again. I have managed to capture his attention with the allure of money which he will never get because he has taken my life savings and I am broke and am 67 yrs old. He is heartless. The FBI will not do its job and I wonder why. It is a criminal case and this man is all over You Tube see Chop Your Dollar, Google 419 Scams-Harrison Dolan, I have him in Scambook, but my wires did not make it in as they only take jpg and they are not jpg Also he has hacked my computer and put $35,00.00 on my credit card. I am responsible because I can not get thru the investigation; they are so smart. And this country says, "We take scamming seriously", Oh really? I can't tell. They will let me starve to death, after I worked so hard for that money. Yes, I am stupid for trusting Harry and the US govt for help.
