The information in the ad is inaccurate. I was also the VICTIM of this scam!! As all the others you recieve a fax your thinking is your reputable "YELLOW BOOK" fill out the form and fax it back. Then within 2 months of NO other communtication you recieve a letter stating they are going to send you to collections for the $1,308.00 which is for only 1 year however it is a 2 year contract.
