sent emails wanting to buy boat from craigslist. almost word for word on the other complaints.......says he cant retrieve boat in person because he is in the ocean. i thought he was a navy man, even thanked him for his service. opened up a paypal account just for this transaction....no money in it for him to get. what a dog....also got an email from a franck smith with the same wording....
