I received the phone when i opened it and turned it on the phone had a glitch at the bottom of the screen I then contacted Amazon and got a return approval and sent my phone to Beast Deals and they received it Oct. 5, 2012 and have heard NOTHING from them since I sent them a letter asking what the problem was and still have heard nothing. all I am asking is for a replacement phone returned to me and if that can't be done I want a full refund.
