I ordered a death certificate under the name of Serafin Julio Melegrito using a credit cardof Ms. Rona May A. Valles card no.(Personal Information Removed) on July 22, 2012 and up to now the requested death certificate did not received yet.The total amount i can pay was USD 70.00 and amounting 3,009.91 in peso that was deducted to my cardon that date i ordered.I registerd on CLKBANK*COM amounting 915.10 pesos before i requested to your office.please response and give me a copy of the said request for military purposes tnx....ASAP response.
