This is an absolute scam. After seeing that they offer a free 30 day trial and you only pay for the p&p (according to their advert) they will send you the products and then the trouble starts. I cancelled immediately when I saw on the email I received that it was NOT a free trial at all and would be billed for the items after 14 days. Cancellation is a joke. They say that they will answer any queries/emails etc after 72 hours. By that stage they have already despatched the products and you are on their automated shipping database along with your card details. When you phone to cancel, they give you a return number which you have to put onto the envelope. Has to be sent recorded delivery, but bear in mind this goes to Ireland so is actually international recorded post so costs in access of £8.00. Added to this the address given is a P.O. Box so there is not really proof that they have received the items. I posted the items back as soon as I received them (same day) via recorded international post. According to Royal Mail tracking it was delivered to them on the 22/10/2012 but have still not had an email confirming my cancellation nor about them receiving the items back. Something was niggling about this all on the day I received the items so I cancelled my bank card immediately and had a new card issued. I am so glad I did as reading so many other reviews I feel quite ill at the thought of them taking a large sum of money out of my bank account automatically after 14 days. Please people DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!!!!
