1.They send me an email asking me to sell my old Nokia Cell phone.Hello Manoj Lakhtakia,
"Thank you for deciding to trade in your Nokia N73 for $78.As per your request, you will be receiving a shipping label soon by Regular Mail. A trade specialist will be contacting you soon with further instructions."
2.They sent a Canada Post Prepaid courier kit asking me to send the phone.
3.I sent the phone to them under Canada Post MJ079508287CA on 09 Aug.2012 that was delivered to them.
4.since then I have sent several emails for the payment but no response has been received so far.
